Board of Directors

The FoSS Board of Directors consists of six professors and their deputies, who are appointed for three years by the Deans of the participating Faculties in agreement with the Presidential Boards of the two universities. In addition, the professors each co-opt one member and one representative of the academic staff or doctoral students, so that the Board of Directors comprises a total of eight members. The Board of Directors elects two spokespersons from among its members. The main tasks of the Board of Directors and the management include the preparation of the annual report, financial planning and the preparation and chairing of the Association Assembly.
