Maintenance work and changes in the SAP accounting system (PK1) from 13.05.26 to 18.05.26

Dear users,

Below you will find information on upcoming maintenance work and changes in the SAP Accounting System (PK1).

The current support packages (updates) must be imported into the SAP Accounting System (PK1).
The import will begin on Wednesday, 13.05.2026 at 12.00 noon and is expected to last until Monday, 18.05.2026, 12.00 noon.
During this period, the system will not be available. system will not be available.
The following services are also affected:

  • WPS ordering system
  • Electronic invoice processing EVER
  • Business trip management ESS (is available, but throws error messages)


Important!
As part of the maintenance work, the login to the accounting system PK1 with user name and password will be deactivated. This means that from 18.05.2026 12.00 noon it will only be possible to log in without a user name/password. This logon method is already available in SAP Logon and may already be used.
