New service at the University of Kassel: The ITS chatbot is here!

From now on, the IT Service Center's new chatbot will help you find the right information on IT services quickly and easily. Whether instructions, FAQs or service descriptions - the bot summarizes content clearly and takes you directly to the right pages.

Access is currently only possible from the university network. From outside, a connection via VPN is required.

Please do not enter any personal data, as your requests will be transmitted to the GWDG for processing.
