Disruption of the VPN service

There are currently repeated problems with VPN access (vpn.uni-kassel.de). Our IT team is working hard to find a permanent solution and is investigating the cause intensively.
If you are not assigned to a specific subject area VPN group, please temporarily use the replacement VPN server: univpn.uni-kassel.de

In parallel, we are working on the development of a stable replacement solution, which is expected to be available by the end of July 2026.

We are not yet able to give a specific deadline for rectifying the current disruption. We will inform you as soon as the situation has improved.
