Instagram Contest

Prizes will be awarded by random drawing among all participants. To enter, simply meet the conditions listed in the post. Any other submissions will not be considered in the drawing.

Conditions: You must be a follower of our Instagram channel @fb15_maschinenbau_kassel, like the contest post, and leave a comment telling us which prize you’d be most excited to win.

The promotion begins after the post is published and ends on the date specified on the Instagram page @fb15_maschinenbau_kassel: July 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Participation is free and open to any individual. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and a follower of the Instagram account @fb15_maschinenbau_kassel. Contest clubs and automated contest services are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries via multiple comments do not increase your chances of winning.

The organizer reserves the right to terminate, adjust, or modify the contest prematurely at any time, without prior notice and without providing a reason, if its proper conduct cannot be guaranteed.

The designated controller is jointly responsible, together with Instagram (the platform operator is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR.

We process your personal data for the proper conduct and administration of the giveaway. The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which you provide by participating in the giveaway.

Once the contest has ended, your personal data processed in connection with the contest will be deleted.

There is no guarantee or warranty regarding winning the contest. Cash payment of prizes is not available. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to another person. Legal recourse is excluded.
