Rush on workshop: Application scenarios for AI in project management

Artificial intelligence is also bringing far-reaching changes to project management. Interest from companies is correspondingly high: A workshop initiated by the PMDT department and held jointly with the GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V. (German Association for Project Management) met with huge interest. For capacity reasons, the number of participants was limited to around 60 with over 100 registrations.

In addition to valuable networking among the participants, the activities led to various insights into the role of AI in project management:
