2 research assistants (with the possibility of a doctorate)

The staff of the department impart competencies in core areas of classic and agile project management and conduct research on current topics and challenges in these areas. In addition, the specific requirements of the digital transformation as well as the possibilities of shaping the digital transformation are the subject of research and teaching. In particular, the potentials of interorganizational forms of cooperation are also examined.

You will be one of the first employees to establish a future-oriented, interdisciplinary field at the interface of people and technology. You will be proactively involved in shaping the research projects, teaching programs, and administrative structures and processes of the department as part of a friendly team. Current vacancies are:

• Scientific staff position with a rather technical background (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or computer science)
• Scientific assistant position with a social/economic science background (psychology, sociology, business studies)
