Please enter the address "Mönchebergstraße 10" in your navigation device, otherwise you will be directed to the wrong entrance at the blue gate.

Leave the A7 freeway at the Kassel-Nord exit. Please follow the feeder road towards Kassel city center (approx. 2 km, crossing two intersections with traffic lights). You will reach a large intersection where there is a BMW branch. Turn right into Scharnhorststr. before the intersection. You will pass a set of traffic lights and cross a bridge over the Fulda. Immediately after the bridge, turn left. Please use the right-hand lane. After about 500 m you will reach Weserstraße - recognizable by the streetcar tracks - which you will cross. After about 100 m turn into the first street on the right (Mönchebergstr.). Please do not be confused by the prohibition sign, it only applies after building no. 7. Paid parking is available in Mönchebergstraße and in front of the Enterprise car rental. The address "Mönchbergstraße 10" is a church on the right-hand side of the street, which is located directly opposite entrance 7 to our building.

Prof. Kroll's office (R. 1515) is located on the left side of the hallway, about 25 meters from the Mönchebergstr. 7 entrance.

Arrival at Kassel-Wilhemshöhe (new ICE station)

If you get off at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe, you will find a cab rank and a streetcar stop in front of the station building.

If you decide to take the streetcar, you have several options at the Bahnhof-Wilhelmshöhe stop to travel directly to us without changing trains:

• Line 1: direction "Holländische Straße" to "Holländischer Platz/Universität" (travel time approx. 17 min)
• Line 3 or 7: Direction "Ihringshäuser Straße" to "Katzensprung/Universität" (travel time approx. 18 - 21 min)

Arrival at Kassel main station (Kulturbahnhof)

If you get off at the main station, we recommend taking a cab to us.

If you prefer to take the streetcar, you will find access to an underground streetcar stop in front of the station.

• Line 7: direction "Ihringshäuser Straße" to "Katzensprung" (travel time approx. 7 min)

The nearest airports are: Kassel-Calden, Frankfurt, Hanover and Paderborn. From Kassel-Calden you can take a cab or the 130 bus to Kassel city center. The exact timetable can be found on the website of the Kasseler Verkehrsgesellschaft. There are train connections to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe from Frankfurt, Hanover and Paderborn.

If you have entered the building through entrance no. 7, you are on the 1st floor.

Continue straight ahead for about 25 meters. You will find our secretary's office on the left-hand side (room 1515a).

There is a room plan next to the elevator in each stairwell.

Building Engineering III

Mönchebergstr. 7

The Department of Measurement and Control Engineering is located in the Engineering Sciences III building at the Holländischer Platz (HoPla) site of the University of Kassel, at Mönchebergstraße 7 (Mö7).

The building is clad with gray-beige panels and stands out due to its orange-colored windows. There is a large blue archway at the end of the building about 50m to the right of entrance no. 7.
