On July 7, 2026, 30 Volkswagen apprentices visited the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kassel as part of a field trip. At the Human-Machine Systems Engineering division, they learned about various technologies in the digital and robotics lab, had the opportunity to try them out for themselves, and spoke with researchers.
