Inaugural lecture marks reorientation of the department

Timo Braun's inaugural lecture on "Beyond success factors: Programmatic orientation and perspectives for the field of project management in the digital transformation" took place on 24.05.2023 in the Gießhaus at the University of Kassel. In addition to a critical look at project-oriented success factor research, the lecture also included an overview of the programmatic orientation and perspectives of the PMDT department. Around 100 invited guests, including students, professors and staff from various Faculties, external researchers and long-time companions, then had the opportunity to talk to the new PMDT team at a celebratory reception.

  • Three strands of research: projects and innovation; projects and transformation; projects and cooperation
  • Focal levels: Individual, project and organizational level, industry and field level
  • Resources: Funding proposals planned at different levels (DFG, ministries, contract research)
