On-street parking is available off campus, but generally subjected to fees. The nearest fee-free parking options are the side-streets east of Weserstraße. Call us if you need to drive into campus for delivery purposes.

Frankfurt Airport is the closest international airport.

Check with your airline if they offer Rail&Fly combined tickets with bullet train transportation to Kassel. Alternatively, you can purchase a separate DB train ticket at a kiosk in Frankfurt Airport or online. The fastest/easiest option is to take a direct ICE bullet train to "Kassel Wilhelmshöhe" (<2h). You need to head towards the "Frankfurt Airport Fernbahnhof", which is accessible from Terminal 1 through an underpass and a pedestrian bridge.

NB: If you have booked a Rail&Fly combined ticket with Lufthansa and your luggage tag indicates KWQ as your final destination, be aware that your luggage will not be delivered at the general conveyor belt in Terminal 1. Instead, you should exit Terminal 1, head towards "Frankfurt Airport Fernbahnhof", and collect your luggage at the Lufthansa desk located on the left-hand side of the pedestrian bridge over the highway, just before you reach the intercity train station.
