Servo-hydraulic testing machine Bionix (MTS)

The Bionix servo-hydraulic testing machine from MTS is a high-precision system for the mechanical characterization of materials and components. It is ideal for carrying out tensile, compression, bending and fatigue tests and offers precise control and high repeatability thanks to its servo-hydraulic technology. The system is specially designed for demanding tests and enables precise load analyses under realistic conditions.

The Bionix system can also be used for materials science and engineering tests, for example to analyze the mechanical properties of metals, plastics or composite materials. The combination of servo-hydraulic drive, high-resolution sensors and a powerful control system enables precise load and deformation control, which ensures reliable and reproducible measurement results in material and component testing.
