ELiNa @ EMRS Spring Meeting in Strasbourg
At the Spring Meeting of the European Materials Research Society (EMRS) in Strasbourg, Elina's group presented their latest research in Symposium O – Laser-Matter Interaction for Life and Society: Fundamental Mechanisms and Emerging Applications.
Prof. Florian Baron presented a talk on Optical Thickness Profiling for Femtosecond-Laser-Induced Superficial Amorphization and Oxide Removal on Silicon. Bastian Zielinski shared findings on the amorphization of silicon using femtosecond lasers. Omar Elsheik showcased work on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) applied to copper oxides. Florian Fiedler presented results on Laser-Induced Periodic Surface Structures (LIPSS) formed on aluminum and aluminum alloys.
Florian Fiedler received the award for Best Poster Presentation.
