Mohammadmahdi Maharebi is an M.Sc. student in Electrical Communication Engineering at the University of Kassel. His current work at CMP focuses on the computational modeling of the optical response and bulk photovoltaic effect in two-dimensional Janus and transition-metal dichalcogenide materials, combining first-principles material data with numerical photonic simulations. His broader interests include computational photonics, electromagnetics, optoelectronic materials, and scientific software development.
