Probability, availability and security considerations of computer architectures, mathematical model descriptions. Basic concepts of safety engineering in computer systems, maintainability analysis, circuit measures for reliability increase, basic knowledge of stochastic processes, MTTF- determination of different architectures, statistical quality control, reliability un measures for error prevention and error detection in software systems.
