Then CyberMentor could be just the thing for you.
CyberMentor is Germany's largest scientifically supported online mentoring program for girls aged 10 to 18 in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). The mentors each accompany a female student on a voluntary basis for one year. Student mentors can have their commitment counted as key competence credits towards their studies. The exchange takes place exclusively online and can therefore be arranged flexibly in terms of time and location. Since 2005, over 7000 mentoring pairs have successfully participated in the program.
Mentors are STEM women from the 3rd semester, the 2nd year of training and (former) professionals from business and science.
Two of our students have currently joined as mentors.
