LLukas level 2, October 30, 2026 to February 26, 2027

LLukas Level 2 - From the teaching idea to reflective teaching practice

In the second stage of LLukas, the focus is on your own teaching practice. In face-to-face events, you work in a fixed small group with a maximum of six colleagues on specific questions about your teaching, develop your personal LLukas teaching project further and are given space for peer-to-peer exchange, reflection and professional input.

The format offers the opportunity to address individual concerns, develop your own teaching style more consciously and try out new didactic approaches for your own course.

Thematically, we address central areas of university didactics, including

  • developing teaching methods
  • Presentational teaching approaches
  • digital elements and AI-supported applications in teaching
  • Examinations and examination formats

Group work is supported by various methodological approaches:

  • Further development of your personal LLukas teaching project
  • Documentation and reflection of your own teaching practice
  • Advising Staff and exchanging ideas in the small group
  • own topic impulse on a university didactic question from teaching practice

The series of events concludes with a joint final discussion in which the experiences, development steps and results from the second stage of the program are reflected upon.

The course comprises a workload of 80 work units and corresponds to 2 credits.
