LLukas Level 1, March 16, 2027 to July 16, 2027
LLukas Level 1 - Planning, testing and reflecting on teaching
The first stage of LLukas focuses on the basic planning and further development of your own teaching. Based on your individual LLukas teaching project, you will deal with central questions of university didactic design: How can learning objectives, methods and examinations be coordinated in a meaningful way? How can research orientation be made visible in a course? And what can a didactically justified interplay of classroom teaching, digital elements and AI-supported applications look like?
An important component of the first stage of the program is peer observation. You will visit two colleagues in their courses and receive a visit to your own teaching. The observations give you the opportunity to experience different teaching situations, receive feedback and reflect on your own teaching practice from a collegial perspective.
Over the course of the semester, you will work continuously on your LLukas teaching project and thus combine the didactic impulses with concrete development steps for your own course.
A final discussion rounds off the series of events at level 1. Here, you will reflect together on key experiences, findings and next steps for your own teaching.
The workload for the course is 120 work units and corresponds to 3 credits.
