Pure excitement at the Uni League 2023

Once again this year, we are delighted to welcome many players to the University of Kassel's soccer league and look forward to numerous goals and exciting matches.

On 26.04.2023, 18 teams kicked off the first day of the preliminary round and played against each other in various impressive matches. The matches were played in two groups of 9 teams each. The first match day already saw close and nerve-wracking decisions. After that, the two subsequent matches continued to be exciting. Only the four best teams in each group could secure a ticket for the Winner's Round and thus a chance to win the trophy and many other prizes.

After 72 matches, the preliminary round ended on May 10, with some teams impressing with their enormous goal difference. Group A was won by the defending champions "Hacke Spitze 1,2,3" and Group B was won by the team "Alarm für Krombacher 11". These two teams and the second to fourth-placed teams in the groups were delighted to make it through to the Winner's Round. All other teams will now fight for victory in this round in the Lucky Loser Pool.

Three more match days (14.06., 28.06., 05.07.) await the footballers, where the title will be secured in exciting games. There will also be enough space, good music and plenty of food and drink available for all spectators at the KSV artificial pitch.
