10 years of UNIfit - 10 years there for you

In addition to numerous training offers from our trainers, our cooperation partner, Techniker Krankenkasse, also offered a number of activities. Here, our members were able to have their jumping power measured and find out the maximum strength of their legs.

In addition to our team of trainers, the STRECK-DICH team from university sports also took part in the open day and offered to carry out a BIA measurement to determine body composition using the appropriate measurement technology.

As a special treat, our members were able to try some of the protein shakes already in the range and some new ones in the form of small samples. We also took the opportunity to relaunch our range of bars and offered samples of these too.

In addition to our fantastic and loyal members, who once again worked up a sweat on this day and took advantage of our offers, some non-members also took the opportunity to try out the training atmosphere at UNIfit free of charge.

Overall, the open day was a complete success and was attended by numerous interested people in a wide variety of ways. We would like to thank everyone involved, the members who have remained loyal to UNIfit for many years and who made this day possible. We look forward to next year's open day, hopefully with many familiar and some new faces.
