Stay on track instead of procrastinating – study with motivation and focus
Does this sound familiar? You actually wanted to start a long time ago – and suddenly half the day is over. Procrastination and time management challenges can lead to stress and unnecessary pressure during your studies. In this workshop, you will learn to analyse your work habits, identify time wasters and develop step-by-step strategies to combat procrastination.
We will work with tried-and-tested methods for efficient time management and look at why procrastination occurs – both in general and in your personal life. You will try out various techniques directly in your everyday student life and, at the end, develop your own realistic time and work plan for a specific project.
