Lisanna Kelz
Lisanna Kelz is a student assistant in the “International Relations with a Focus on Latin America” program and in the “Extractivism” research project, a collaboration between the Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos (CELA) and other research institutes at the Universities of Kassel and Marburg. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Global Political Economy and Development (GPED) at the University of Kassel and engages with the political economy of (sovereign) debt and its connection to issues of climate, energy, natural resources, and agricultural policy both academically and as an activist. She is particularly interested in how anti-colonial, Marxist, feminist, and political-ecological perspectives point to possibilities for a just socio-ecological transformation.
