With best wishes for a happy, successful and healthy 2025, we are resuming our series of events on 75 years of the Basic Law, the state of equality and the legacy of Elisabeth Selbert.
On January 21, we will meet again from 4 p.m. at Uni:Lokal in the center of Kassel to discuss one of the most politically influential women of the past decades. Angela Merkel was Germany's first female chancellor and was also active in prominent political positions before that. Her career also tells an exciting German story. The input will be provided by Ralph Bollmann, who has traced Angela Merkel's life in a biography.
