Elderly care is known for precarious working conditions and low wages. In order to increase the attractiveness of the profession, politicians are trying to reform the industry. Are these improvements being received by geriatric nurses? The lecture will discuss this question on the basis of new survey data from geriatric care facilities in Germany.
