As part of the AnEkA research project, a simulation study took place on April 1, 2020. The aim of a simulation study is to test technology designed in a way that is friendly to fundamental rights in the practical application of human communication and cooperation (Roßnagel and Schuldt 2013). In the process, everything should be as real as possible. Real test subjects (here real judges and lawyers) test real technology in their real environment according to their work and behavior routines. Only the cases are simulated - so as not to cause real damage.
