An article by Ernestine Dickhaut, Andreas Janson and Jan Marco Leimeister was published in the journal Wirtschaftsinformatik und Management (WuM) on March 31, 2020. The article deals with the interdisciplinary design of AI systems. In particular, it addresses the importance of law and service quality in the system development process. Legal aspects are often seen by system developers as a "necessary evil", which, however, must be addressed to the minimum extent permitted in order for products to be legally brought into circulation. To counteract this problem, requirements and design patterns have been developed. They represent an opportunity for interdisciplinary and socio-technical system development.
