On May 19, 2022, the annual decision-maker conference for the leading minds of the European subscription economy took place in Frankfurt with over 150 participants from 30 industries. JProf. Dr. Sofia Schöbel (University of Osnabrück, research group leader FG Business Informatics) and Dennis Benner (FG Business Informatics, Prof. Dr. Leimeister) were allowed to present the project KI-BA with the partner company billwerk GmbH at the conference and to present the project prototype - an innovative AI-based chatbot. Furthermore, JProf. Dr. Sofia Schöbel was invited by the conference organizers to give a keynote on "Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots".
