The scientific staff of the FG Wirtschaftsinformatik was represented again this year with several research papers at the leading business information systems conference in Europe ECIS (European Conference on Information Systems) . The FG Business Informatics was represented with a total of 6 papers at ECIS 2014.

Shkodran Zogaj and Ulrich Bretschneider won the Best Research-in-Progress Paper Award for their paper "Analyzing Governance Mechanisms for Crowdsourcing Information Systems - A Multiple Case Analysis".
