Philipp Menschner successfully defended his dissertation entitled "A Service Engineering Method for Knowledge-Intense Person-Oriented Services" on Tuesday, June 24, 2014.

Philipp Menschner has been working at the chair since the end of 2008, where he submitted his dissertation at the beginning of the year. He mainly worked in service research projects like Mobil50+ and MobileHybriCare and explored in his thesis how person-oriented services can be developed systematically.
