Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister, Dr. Matthias Söllner and Lysann Gebauer, from the Department of Information Systems at the University of Kassel, have published a guide to promoting trust in cloud computing services through the design of the online product presentation. The aim of the guide is to support providers of cloud computing services in making the online product presentation more trust-promoting and thus convincing more customers of their offer. Using a case study, the guide shows step-by-step how cloud computing service providers can promote customer trust in their cloud computing service through online product presentation. The guide was developed as part of the Value4Cloud project and funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy under the funding code 01MD11044.
