In the current interview from 21.10.2014 in the radio program Deutschlandradio Kultur Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister talks about crowdsourcing and in particular the resulting new form of work "crowdworking". In the interview, Prof. Leimeister focuses primarily on the opportunities and risks that this work model poses for both companies and employees - but also emphasizes the need to extensively research the phenomenon itself and the resulting implications in order to be able to counter future challenges.
