As part of the project conclusion, the research project QM for Crowdsourcing was published in the video series of the German Society for Quality (DGQ). The video offers an insight into the concept of crowdworking, quality management and the reference process developed within the project.

By introducing holistic quality management for crowdsourcing and crowdworking in SMEs, companies can improve their work processes and increase efficiency while ensuring high-quality results. In doing so, they leverage the full potential of crowd-based mechanisms to solve complex problems.

The project, funded by the Forschungsgemeinschaft Qualität e. V., makes an important contribution to the promotion of crowdsourcing in SMEs as well as to the further development of quality management.
