The author Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister is Professor of Information Systems and Director of the Institute of Information Systems at the University of St. Gallen(IWI-HSG). He is also Director of the Scientific Center for Information Technology Design(ITeG) at the Universityof Kassel.
