Astrid Dannenberg and Marcel Lumkowsky from our department were part of an interdisciplinary research team that investigated the effects of political polarization on cooperative behavior. The resulting article entitled: "Segregation and clustering of preferences erode socially beneficial coordination"was recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS).
