Theses

The department supervises Bachelor's and Master's theses in particular in the fields of German and European private law, German and European corporate law, German and European competition law, German and European antitrust law as well as the private law of energy transition.

Since 2013, all business law Bachelor's and Master's theses at the Institute of Business Law are exclusively allocated via a central allocation system.
