Master Business Education

For a lateral entry into the Master's program in Business and Human Resource Education, the following admission requirements must be met (cf. § 6 of the current subject examination regulations):

• A degree equivalent to the Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resource Education (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration).
• At least two years of professional experience in the commercial-administrative field following the completed degree program
• Previous pedagogical knowledge in theory and practice (school internships, university pedagogical seminars, advanced training courses, extracurricular activities...)

Career changers with a degree in business administration usually receive requirements of 60 credits. These include the pedagogy modules 2, 4, 10 (practical school studies), business didactics 1 and all modules from the chosen second subject from the Bachelor Wipäd (34 credits).

The courses for the 18 credits from the major in the Master WiPäd can be found at the Master's programs Business Studies (PO 2013) and Economic Behavior and Governance (PO 2013). For Business Studies, you need to take 6 credits from Business Studies Basis and 12 credits from one of the three master's profiles. For EB&Go you need 6 credits from module 4a or 4b and twice 6 credits from modules 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a or 3b.

Students of the Bachelor's program in Business and Human Resource Education can bring forward certain modules from the Master's program if they have earned 135 credits. The credits must be applied for at the examination office.
