Kassel network for physics teachers

Dear physics teachers,

The Institute of Physics at the University of Kassel would like to intensify contact with physics teachers in the Kassel area and in particular with graduates of the physics teaching degree program. We hope that this will lead to even closer contact with school practice, which can be beneficial for both sides.

In January 2024, the third meeting of the "alumni" took place, in which some physics teachers and former Kassel student teachers took part.

Due to the positive response, we formed the network for Kassel teachers and expanded the target group to include all those who work as teachers in the Kassel area and did not study at the University of Kassel.

Network meetings will take place every 1 - 2 years. In addition, we are planning topic-specific workshops and other activities for teachers in the region.
