Physics seminar WS 15/16

Many of the technologies that we use every day and that have a major impact on our society are based on sometimes complex physical effects. In order to understand these technologies, assess possible future developments and form an informed opinion, an insight into the underlying physics is helpful.
In this seminar, you will have the opportunity to work out how selected applications such as light-emitting diodes, GPS (Global Positioning System) or lithium-ion batteries work based on introductory articles, present your research results in a presentation and discuss them with your fellow students.
