Representatives for Woman and Equality
We support you with all questions related to balancing family life with your work and/or studies. Our office promotes equal opportunities for all genders, with our Representatives attending and monitoring any appointment and recruitment processes of Department 10. Furthermore, provide confidential support in cases of conflict with colleagues or supervisors, such as incidents of sexual harassment in the workplace.
In addition, we offer information on programs that advance gender equality—e.g., mentoring opportunities and professional networks—and contribute our expertise to various faculty committees.
