Last week, the International Food Marketing Research Symposium (IFMRS) took place in Athens (Greece). The ALM department was represented there with two scientific presentations. Ronja Hüppe presented results from the VORWERTS project on the importance of relationship quality in regional value chains. Dr Benedikt Jahnke's presentation from the Pr:Ins project focused on the influence of product tastings on consumer acceptance of insect-based foods.
