On 9 October 2025, Berlianti Puteri defended her doctoral thesis. In her presentation, she presented her dissertation entitled ‘Alternative Proteins and Novel Foods: Consumer Acceptance and Marketing of Insect-Based Food in Western Countries’.
The research work was carried out as part of the BMFTR joint project ‘Pr:Ins – Holistic Assessment’ in the NewFoodSystems innovation space.
