Lecture & tour: "Fast food or slow food?"

The Slow Food association is considered a pioneer of the food revolution and promotes a way of eating that is characterized by good and fair food. The lecture and garden tour will focus on old vegetable varieties as well as newer crops such as chestnuts and their use and added value in the region. At the end, there will be room for discussion over small samples.
