The lecture is an introduction to Critical Agrarian Studies. The focus is on different, sometimes competing schools of thought and their perspectives on questions of agrarian politics, political action and peasant movements. In addition, the question will be posed as to what an academic-activist stance can currently look like within agricultural-related topics.
