Foundation Engineering Seminar

Type of module:
Compulsory elective module - consisting of foundation engineering supplements and foundation engineering seminar.
This course is taught exclusively in German.

Course content:
Elaboration of a specific construction project (determination of characteristic soil parameters, development of a foundation and shoring concept, settlement calculation, shoring statics); performance of geotechnical calculations using computer programs; preparation of a presentation on a selected topic from foundation engineering.
