Graduation ceremony

To honor our graduates and their achievements, the Student Council organizes a graduation ceremony twice a year (November/May) on behalf of the department. The Dean will invite all students who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree since the previous graduation ceremony.

After a welcome and recognition of special achievements, the graduates are ceremoniously presented with their Bachelor's or Master's certificates. Afterwards, a champagne reception and a cold buffet await all guests to round off the evening in a pleasant atmosphere and with relaxed conversation. Cold drinks such as beer and soft drinks will also be provided.

The event is free of charge for the invited graduates and their guests. However, a donation is requested so that the student council has the opportunity to organize a celebration for future generations of graduates!

The next graduation ceremony will take place on 16.05.2024 in the central canteen at HoPla. A corresponding invitation will be sent to the graduates by email. Registration will be possible via this student council website after the invitations have been sent out.
