The Global Partnership Network (GPN) is a BMZ/DAAD-funded competence center for the implementation and reflection of SDG 17: "Global Partnerships for Sustainable Development." The aim is to critically examine international research cooperation - in particular how colonial power relations and North-South dynamics influence sustainability, development cooperation and knowledge production.
