Handbook on Transdisciplinarity

Update on the Call for Contributions

We would like to say thank you to everyone who has responded to our call for contributions to the Handbook on Transdisciplinary Sustainability Research: Co-creating New Narratives. We are grateful for the large number of abstracts we have received and for the diversity of perspectives they represent. Given the strong response, we are currently reflecting on how best to proceed in a way that honours this richness, so we kindly ask for a little patience while we work through the next steps. We read the enthusiasm behind these contributions as yet another sign of the need for new narratives in transdisciplinary sustainability research, perhaps now increasingly so, in times of uncertainty, polarization, and backlash. We hope that through this handbook we can support one another, learn together, and continue a collective journey toward more caring forms of knowledge co-creation.
