Christoph Schösser is a process facilitator for design and transformation processes with many years of experience in municipal sustainability work. Coming from the practice of urban, village and regional development, he brings his knowledge, his attitude and his methods to transdisciplinary sustainability research - with the aim of making implicit practical knowledge visible, understandable and scientifically usable.

At the center of his work is resonance-based process support: a form of design that is not oriented towards linear planning logics, but rather towards moments of resonance, fields of tension and emergent spaces of possibility. For him, transformation means engaging with the unfinished and open together with others - and finding out in concrete contexts what is sustainable and what wants to become.

As part of the LEVER project, Christoph is pursuing this approach further: He explores how scientific work itself can be organized in an intervening, reflexive and relational way - and how it can thus become an effective part of transformative processes.

He stands for a science that not only observes, but also intervenes, shapes and accompanies - with depth, clarity and a consistent focus on attitude and impact.
