Dissemination and Adaptation of the ABC’s of Cultural Understanding and Communication (TRANSABCs)

Abstract:
|
Im Rahmen des Projekts lernen Lehrende an der Universität aus den USA und Europa das Unterrichtsmodell der ABC’s of Cultural Understanding and Communication kennen und wenden diese praktisch in Seminaren in der Aus- bildung von Lehrkräften an. Durch das Projekt wird die interkulturelle Kompetenz zukünftiger und aktiver Lehrerinnen und Lehrer gefördert. Das Projekt erhebt qualitative Daten (Autobiographie, Biographie, kulturvergleichende biographische Analyse) sowie quantitative Survey- und Polaritätsprofildaten im Prä-Post Design (n=1000) über zwei Jahre sowie Follow-Up-Interviewdaten nach dem ersten Jahr (n=60).
