Application

The fee for the ISU Kassel is 1900 Euro.
If you apply before April 1, 2009, the ISU will grant you an “early bird discount” and the fee will be reduced to 1700 Euro.

Please note: Minimum age for participation in the ISU program is 18 years.

Registration and payment information

As soon as your application has arrived, we will send you a confirmation via Email.
Your next step in completing the registration process is to transfer the program fee to the ISU bank account. After sending your application form to the ISU office you will get detailed payment information with the registration confirmation via Email.
Please understand, that no place can be reserved for you until we have received the fee.

Banks usually also charge us for the processing of transfers, cheque or credit card payments. Please note that we will have to pass these fees on to you upon your arrival in Kassel.

Cancellation rights
If for any reason, you choose to cancel your ISU registration prior to April 30, 2009 your fee (less EUR 100 to cover processing costs) and all other payments will be refunded to you.
In the event of a participant’s cancellation after April 30, 2009, the fee of Euro 250 will be retained by the University of Kassel.
In case there will not be a sufficient number of students enrolled, the ISU Kassel  may cancel seminars, or may cancel the whole ISU 2009. In the latter case, fees will be refunded.
